I tried those methods but they didn't work.

TBH, I tried everything.

I have followed through the guide. I can run the launcher, but the launcher doesn't download patch. the web server indicator color is orange.
I have installed the gnutls-bin files,
Also no patchnotes, I have tried all solution in the guide.
btw, my GPU doesn't support Vulkan.

You are wrong. Before that, WS still gave some parry but I am not sure about the amount.

Did U notice that those changes affects only mdps and some 2h tanks? This is not balancing anything, it is boosting range dps. Maybe U skipped it because U play am dps or sth like that :)


Quick question for you, when did 100 WS start adding 3% to parry? On live? 8 Years ago? 5 years ago ...
