The RoR launcher doesn't download patch on Linux Mint

I have followed through the guide. I can run the launcher, but the launcher doesn't download patch. the web server indicator color is orange.
I have installed the gnutls-bin files,
Also no patchnotes, I have tried all solution in the guide.
btw, my GPU doesn't support Vulkan.

switch to proton-umu or system wine 10 versions
though today it seems launcher is having issues and takes multiple launches to get it going

I tried those methods but they didn't work.

TBH, I tried everything.
Paoz - rr 7x KotBS.

Work! After installing Wine 10.8 staging
