Invader ward = 5 pieces to unlock, being invader, Triumphant or Victorious (Boots, gloves, helm, shoulder and chest, one for each armor slot, set doesnt matter). It's written black on white in the ToK Armory section, what other answer do you expect ? ps : not, it's not possible to "trade" armor ...
