Is this restriction from the second i logout from either side? As i do want to play atm but dont want to risk further time awaiting the opposite side.

Being a new player and wanting to try the "other side" and then thinking I do not like whatever this is about... Now i gotta wait 79 minutes! DAAM I didnt forsee this coming, absolutely gutted lol.

thank you I do have a question, is there any sort of guild recruitment page or anything? I made a character on Empire however i just have lots of questions RE PvP and what not
