Return of Reckoning

I take my character and i try to log with but the loading screen stays (LOADING NORLAND) and is not freeze because the icon bottom right still loading...

I took the character, and push play and "NORLAND LOADING" 10 minutes ago...

I tryed everything as it say the forum for solve the problem but still not working...

It load but no character and server selection...

-No firewall
-Unchecked read files
-Windows 8
-Moved Torrent carpet to other directory...

Dont know what to do next .
