Problem loading after character take

I take my character and i try to log with but the loading screen stays (LOADING NORLAND) and is not freeze because the icon bottom right still loading... :(

Could you try the following when on loading screen ?
Type:

Code: Select all

/stuck
(Press enter)
/stuck
(Press enter)
