Have you fixed the bug where the quest givers wouldn't appear in the chapter 1 area?

I've fixed that issue, however I'm getting stuck on the launcher. It won't go to the game and keeps saying this:

Hey all, I'm having trouble finding quest givers in the starting area to get exp and gear up my character.

Is there any work around or way to get gear as I'm having trouble killing the mobs in my starting gear.

I can't find any of the quest givers in the starting zone.

Hey, I've downloaded all the files via direct download and got WinRar to extract them, but each time I go to extract the files it keeps coming up with errors, I'm not sure how to get the files to extract to the right locations.
