it's a client problem related to ui, it cannot eb fixed server side, as alredy been said you need to walk passing guards of the cpater or the wc, it usualy happen we you log on rvr wc

na there seam to be a problem with the npc spawning atm doouble spawns or they complieatly go mia

i did a server restart it should work again

the problem is it is the very first questgiver... all others are chained so not one quest to do

You can skip a couple quests in destro starting zone as well actually faster to just get to rvr lake grab that bolster and quest there
