eh, the problem is the playerbase is way too small. there's 4-500 people on at any moment, and the bulk of them are idle, out farming PvE for materials or quest rewards, or scattered across the different tiers so RvR is going to be stupidly volitile. crossrealming is simply a symptom of this and ...

...just kick them if they don't cut it out. it's not like warbands aren't usually host to a couple people trying to muck it up even without the bug.
