u think its was hard to reroll a lvl 15 on live? 1-2 day and its done... the de bolster isnt more a privilege than book stop xp. and can use it when u want... just need 20 sec for log out and co the toon. Buy best blue gear u kiddin me? 18 medaillon for a weap waow... and just farm lair for get helm ...

Because talismans are one of the easiest avenues for higher tier characters to twink hard in T1. Legitimate T1 characters can use talismans, but debolstered players cannot. without talisman, u make these player so weak... why dont make a lvl max for talisman like lvl 4?
