Your typical ping of 30ms is fine. Many players (from US and Australia) report pings in the excess of 300+ms.

Certain buffs and entering certain zones do cause "lags". Your ping is low so you shouldn't have any typical lags/delays.

I have a problem because when i play in rvr or in scenarios with a lot of other players i have a lot of problems with latency and frequent disconnection.
i don 't know why, i have 12Mbit in download and 30 ms of ping...
