Problem with lag and disconection

Hi all,
I have a problem because when i play in rvr or in scenarios with a lot of other players i have a lot of problems with latency and frequent disconnection.
i don 't know why, i have 12Mbit in download and 30 ms of ping...
pls help me :)

Certain buffs and entering certain zones do cause "lags". Your ping is low so you shouldn't have any typical lags/delays.

I'm not sure it will help you or not but it might be worth a try. I was getting the occasional dc, it wasn't too bad, but I wanted to try some things to get rid of it altogether. I first emptied my bag out for the most part because I had stacks and stacks of cultivation/apoth stuff in there which prolly added up to thousands of items that the server had to check at times. I also abandoned all quests that I didn't need (which was most of them being cap lvl). I can say that so far, it seems to have made a slight difference in performance and killed the dc's completely for me.

thk u for info....what ping u think is good for avoid that problem?
u think that causing me some disconnection?
i'd like to check how many is fast my ping to game server...wich is the game serever's site? it's possible to know?

Your typical ping of 30ms is fine. Many players (from US and Australia) report pings in the excess of 300+ms.

So latency won't be the cause of your disconnections. There is a known issue that causes people's clients to disconnect when a malformed packet is sent/received. Until that's resolved, it'll keep doing it. Nothing you can do.
