I think we have to wait until the stupid meta proc to end and see if AM/Shaman are really bad or not. I think AM is ok, but Shaman is less usefull because others classes already have what he can offer. And again... please stop making comparaisons between AM's Morale pump and Shaman's one and cry abo...

I think, tactics that increase % procs and damage should not affect groupmates like before the ability rework. And same for % increase damage (from groupmate's gear/tactics ect).

Like this way, the meta proc will be cancel without nerfing dps dok/wp and bw/sorc capacity to deal.

I think stacks should be separate with maybe a maximum of 3 of each to avoid being to much powerfull. All 3 spec would be playable (heal, dps AND hybrid).
