Hi i was wondering the rules for t2 debolster, whene i type .ror debolster, it says equipment level 18, is that rank 18 or renown rank 18? and it doesent make sense since the rvr chest is rank 20. any help would be nice.

Hello i have been playing for over a week and its always been fine, today whene i open ror launcher and click connect...nothing happens, nothing launches i hear the click sound, but nothing happens, no error message or anything.
