For high level talisman you need to scavenge champion player (not animal) mobs lvl 41 (been a while but I don't think 40 champs work) and above. Then you have to pray to the rng gods as it's a low drop rate for the fragment.

Thanks for setting it all out. Some minor queries or suggestions about Chosen. The lini with you suggest with toughness I don't think will stack with the tough aura. You may be better off with a the anti crit damage and hp lini, or the ws (even after nerf) and anti to be crit lini or even a wounds ...

Yes even when kd'd someone can parry/block/etc. It is annoying but it also applies to you so you get teh benefit when you're kd'd

I haven't managed to try out with an organised wb but in some pug wbs and solo I've been trying the double 13pointer. This seems to work well, lots of survivability, and finally gives me more buttons to press. However, as diegomess poitns out it must annoy wbs given the immunity I might be handing ...
