I've seen warbands fail for lack of healers.
I've never seen a warband fail for lack of tanks.

If your primary motivation is helping the cause, play WP.
That being said...DON'T let that BE your primary motivation...play what you ENJOY most.

I'm just curious...are there any plans to update the RoR Career Builder? I really enjoy examining all the different build possibilities, but find it frustrating when it doesn't match what is in game. So, I was just wondering.

I completely agree...for a STRICTLY warband player, skaven would be the way to go...probably exactly as you described it. BUT...my goal is more of a Giantslayer who also has something of value to offer a warband. Is it a bad idea to have a build that targets both? Or should slayers just make up ...
