Re: Does RvR get better for destruction?

Collision and the somewhat unforgiving terrain mechanics are one of the games strengths. Embrace the stuck and git in.

Re: RR 85/90/100 Weapons

The event item slot could be a reasonable solution. A new event item accessory bought with a soulstone at 85/90/95/100. Have a defensive option and an offensive option.

This way the normies can complete live events and have slightly weaker event item accessories.

Re: RR 85/90/100 Weapons

Culture of mediocrity eh?

In my opinion it's mediocre to grind out one class to BiS, probably without changing spec, using the same tired rotation till your eyes glaze over. Instead of playing all of the classes, on both sides, learning their strengths and counters; all the while competing with ...

Re: IF it was necessary (or overwhelmingly helpful): what would be the three faction blocks?

AoR was designed as a three faction game with racially locked parings. Warhammer tabletop is of course faction based, so the video game followed suit. All factions were locked to their classes and zones. Only by locking your faction zones and pushing the enemy fort could you then port to other zones ...

Re: The 5 min potion problem

Timers for Gobswort should be 20/40/60 based on level. There is no need at this iteration of the server for low duration potions.

Cultivating/apothecary should be encouraged as the, "lesser," of the two crafting professions. It should be easy to pick up and profit from, with talisman making the ...

Re: WElf Nerf

The biggest issue with WH/WE is the punt ability on full sov. Whoever approved that I will nominate for a Torc award.

A nerf solo WE thread arrived at a, "nerf all armor values," conclusion. You know they did that, not too long ago.

You solo'rs are crazy man.

Re: Invader Gear Acquisition

As someone who filled in for a busted Bastion Stair run last night, I would like to see invader cost lowered. However it's unlikely to ever be low enough to not knuckle down and just chew through BS runs. The PuG pve is pretty brutal, but makes for some memories.

Re: [IronBreaker] Grumble An’ Mutter

Grudging Blow now added to the rotation. IB is just an ability bloated joke. Use twice as many abilities to gain half the effect.

NSKaneda

I didn't know that.

In that case Shield Sweep with Furious Reprisal, along with Shatter Limbs, gave Order 2 aoe CD increasers versus Destruction's 1 aoe CD increaser in Squig's Bad Gas. I wonder what exactly this was designed to counter. Infernal Wave paired with Chop Fasta comes to mind.
