I've just salvaged a load of Conq and Red Eye gear and got blue fragments as rewards - I can't see anything in the notes about this, is it a bug? That's 7 bits of armor wasted.

AoE doing this much damage compared to ST is just braindead mechanics - it's the same with Chosen/KoBS vs other tanks. 4 of the tanks need to manage their mechanic and usually hit a target to buff one player; Chosen/KoBS literally just have to stand there to buff 6 people by significantly more total ...

Like others I just don't bother running it any more, it's far too painful and more importantly time consuming. It's a real shame as it used to be a good leg up set for newer players.

Thanks for the help all, much appreciated. I managed to test it with a long Ethernet cable and as predicted, the problem disappeared. Is that a new PCI wireless card needed, or more likely to be a configuration issue somewhere do you think?

Yeah I'd be amazed, the new machine is an AMD Ryzen 7 2700, GeForce GTX 1660, 32G RAM. Both are running RoR at 1920x1080. I think it must be the wireless connection, speed test is showing 134Mb connection. I'll try and get hold of a 20m Ethernet cable for a test!

Is there some sort of conflict when running two accounts from the same IP? My son is now old enough and has created an account. The second PC we're using is better specced than the one I usually use and have zero issues with, but the new account is regularly getting massive lag spikes lasting ...

Those KoBS and Chosen changes.... Honestly? They were already ridiculously over powered when compared to the other two tanks on each side - evidenced by the fact that at least one per party is mandatory in a warband. Just add up the raw number of stat points they can add to a group and compare them ...

A lot of it is absolute nonsense. I got muted for abbreviating "Chapter 19" to "C 19" in a message when fighting in Praag. Apparently it thinks it's a reference to COVID which is for some reason an egregious offense in late-2025.
