I’m honestly just worn out from spending entire days stuck in giant blobs (warbands in rvr), only to get nothing for it because the enemies I’m hitting died a few minutes earlier. If someone is in a warband, that debuff shouldn’t even show up on them. It feels awful.

Gear disparity would be to crazy. Balancing as well, like mentioned before, would simply not work for our playerbase.

Imho r40 gear should be completly rebalanced, e.g. conq should have similar stat and armor values to endgame gear. Endgame gear just should offer more "interesting" procs and extra abilities (like Sov does).
"Fresh" people (or characters) are already weaker due to lower renown pool.

The easiest solution would be cooperation between players. That also helps to reduce prices due to elimination of market monopoly.
People will always flock to the most efficient farmingspots and contest it.
