We're looking for active, RvR and etc. Huge fan of Greenskins and always have been.

Myself and three to four others looking for a guild to compete in-game.

I played the game during it's original release, but was actively organizing PvP / PvE on WoW. This game had my attention though, but as soon as I heard it was shutting down was immensely bummed out. Just finally decided to give this private version a go and am not disappointed. Hoping to hear back from some that would be interested in having us!

So for NA destro your options basically come down to either Goblin Workers Union for 24+ player warband play or Agony for 6-18 man play. You could also look into TUP if you want a guild that swaps sides often. If you end up wanting to play on order then your options are Jempire for large number blob play or either nerv or old school for 6-12 man play. Once you decide on a guild that fits your playstyle reach out in game asking for one of that guild's officers/recruiters and they should be able to help you from there.
