Make both Keg and Aegis an AoE buff that increases HP by half of what the caster get and a 25%-50% chance to damage attackers.
Player 1500+ HP / AoE ~ 750 HP to others
Damage and HP dependent on skills placed in the tree. Damage increased by stats.
Engineers (corporeal) / Magus (Elemental)

But in general it is:

I'm not sure what the final fix on engies is. As the heal buff shouldn't be stackable. It is a non argument for having more than one Engi in a group. Forgetting to have four.

Aegis is ok imo does its job well and functions differently to bugman (quick big heal vs slower aoe heal)

If I understand right the keg would be targetable (can be destroyed ?) and magus heal buff/hp increase will be a safe ability ?(which order cannot do anything to counter )
As lesti said , it's a engi nerf while you give a magus big buff .
Heal debuff works on heal keg , it heal 9 random ppl (like all aoe cap) that standing close to keg

Just make the keg targetable.

its inconsistent with every other AoE heal in the game
