[weapons] morale regen

The October patch notes for PvE lair bosses mention changes to items, and depending on the race, weapons and armor are offensive, defensive, or have additional bonuses such as AP regen, morale regen, etc.
Therefore, can anyone tell me if there is a one-handed weapon or shield for tanks that has morale regen?
The only one I could find is a level 31 brigand without a talisman slot.

And if there are no such weapons/shields in the game, are there any plans to add them?

You should be able to check from killboard, just add morale gain and go through weapons of your choice
