Give credit for high contribution in a failed keep/fort defense for RVR Weekly
Trying to get a defense going for your faction when they are outnumbered and undergeared is difficult if people know that they will not be compensated for their time. Yes, we should reward success, but the dominant faction constantly getting stronger and the weaker side getting little is a runaway feedback loop which should be dampened for the long term health of the game.
