More a question than a suggestion

I know this is probably incredibly hard to do and I'm so sorry if this question has been asked far too much. I just have so many hopes of playing a female Marauder or a female Chosen and I'm very curious on the possibilities of that ever being a thing. Again, I understand it's probably near impossible to do, but if it can, is that something you guys are looking to do?
