A more ideal alternative to the kill quests- proposition

I had been thinking previously that some of the Keep Quests, and Scenario quests could somehow just be removed and replaced with something more like a mini-PQ or PQ.

Why? I already have like 40 pvp quests for my current tier, nevermind all the other quests (the current MAX)

If all Keep quests were completely removed and replaced with PQ around it, it might be cool or just work the idea into a quest-less solution
Keep the original Kill Quests as they were and the 50/50/50 quest.
The recent scenario quests reworked into a quest-less design

additional tweaks to try:
-expiration timer - 24 hours +/-
-auto-completion (so these quests don't accumulate)

For me, ideal kill quest - one for all three directions, with a nice gold rewards

Maybe reshape the scenario Quest into: Win or paricipate 3 times in Scenario X

I really like the PQ Idea for Keep defs. Could be with a loot roll of some Medallions in the bags.

Once a players leveled there is only one thing that's more rewarding - medallions..

I swear I think the dev's here tried hard to make basic PvP sets very hard to acquire. RR 45 now an I still am forced to used T3 gear sets. With ~200 officer medallions saved up I can buy one piece - if I could just get another piece from a Keep... no such luck.
My Inf bars are barely at the 1st reward if at all.

this is my quest list problem, right now..
All PvP quests in use I can't do the Live event quest..
