Scenarios problem (less queue every day since months), for me, was not about mechanics and the mechanics changes seem to "punt" players aways from scenarios.
The important differences between characters make the scenarios unfair.
If you want to test what i say just make a special week "out gear" or 'Slaanesh beach party" for ONE scenario only.
All charachters who join "A SPECIAL DEDICATED" scenario will be naked, no set, no jewels only weapons (Nordenwatch will be the best one with is long coast hidden from view).
I m sure in the end of the week you will have more scenario every day or a scenario censured by Sigmar Priest...
