Suggestion for Eventitem Vendor

Hi, could you think about a Vendor who sells Event Items like goggles or the Offhand, just talking about stuff what is not tradable but most time u get it just on Events. Many people are not playing when there are events or not lucky etc.. Would help a lot to get somehow the stuff if u farm gold, would be even a good Goldsink. Other part is, many of us dont have just one character and u have to invest a lot of time to finish events or do stuff what u dont like, at least u could slowly farm gold and buy it than.
