I would like to make a proposal that I believe could help break up blobs without requiring major changes to the RvR system.
At the moment, we all know that one of the activities players are least motivated to do is leveling up keeps and transporting supplies. In general, many players prefer to focus on other RvR activities, especially following the main blob to get more kills, Renown, and War Crests.
This creates a very clear effect: the population becomes concentrated on a single map, while the other open zones are left almost deserted.
In the end, we reach a situation where, out of the three open maps, only the map where both realms’ blobs are concentrated has enough stars to launch a siege. And even then, that siege often does not happen for different reasons: lack of AAO, lack of organization, lack of motivation, or simply because both realms prefer to keep fighting in the same area.
And let’s be honest: when both realms are blobbing, the only truly effective way to break that dynamic and pull players away from the warcamp area is to create an event that forces them to move and spread out across the map. There is no better event for that than a siege.
But for sieges to happen, keeps need build stars first.
That is why my proposal is to significantly increase the rewards for transporting and delivering supplies. Specifically, I propose that the Renown gained from delivering supplies should be increased to double or even triple its current value, while still being affected by AAO.
In addition, each supply delivery could grant the carrier between 2 and 3 War Crests.
I also believe that the rewards for destroying enemy supplies should be increased, both in Renown and War Crests, although at a lower amount than the reward for delivering them. This way, the system would not only encourage players to transport supplies, but also encourage the formation of small groups dedicated to intercepting enemy supplies.
The goal of this proposal is not to turn supply running into the main RvR activity, but to make it attractive enough for more players to have a real reason to participate in it. Specially on small groups around all the map.
With better rewards (the player base need rewards to do things...) , keep stars would be generated more often, more roaming groups would appear in low-population zones, and there would be more activity away from the main blob. Some players would focus on leveling up their own keeps, while others would try to hunt down enemy supply carriers.
This would create more movement, more secondary objectives, and more opportunities for combat across the whole map.
Most importantly, if more 2-star keeps are available, warband leaders would be much more likely to move to other zones in order to launch a siege. This would help break up the population concentration on a single map and could reduce the current dynamic of opposing blobs fighting for long periods without anything truly decisive happening.
I also think this proposal has an important advantage: it does not suggest a deep rework of the RvR system, but rather small adjustments to already existing rewards and mechanics. In principle, these would require minimal programming changes, since there would be no need to create new mechanics, new objectives, or redesign how the zones work. The idea is specifically intended as a quick, simple, and easy-to-implement solution that could be tested without drastically altering the overall balance of the game.
In summary, I believe that increasing the rewards for delivering and destroying supplies would be a simple, low-impact, and technically easy change to encourage activity in less populated zones, speed up the creation of sieges, and help break up blobs without requiring major changes to the RvR system.

This is a good idea, the reason players are forced to blob is because the best rewards in RvR come from player kills. People who prefer small fights are forced to slow down their progression to engage in the content they prefer. Unfortunately, this won't work as well as it should because of how overtuned some classes are solo/smallscale. Stealthers and dps healers are going to have a field day slaughtering people trying to run boxes.
