Lothern and Naggarond

I do understand that there are plenty of other things more relevant and important than two new hubs, but I was wondering if there is but a little hope to see one day the actual capital cities of the dark and high elves, Naggarond and Lothern, built into the game. I play as a high elf Archmage and when it occur that I have to visit a capital city, I always feel kind of "disconnected" from either Altdorf or Karaz-a-Karak (among which I prefer the latter both aesthetically and to navigate).
I'm not saying that their construction is a priority, but I'm just suggesting that maybe something can be planned to complete those two closed areas.
