Patch Notes 01/06/2019

Hotfix 05.06.2019
Spoiler:
[Dungeons]

- People with more than 4000 influence for Bastion Stairs were reduced to 4000 influence. This is because they were clearly abusing bug in lockouts.
- Issue with lockouts is now fixed.
- Some bosses in Bastion Stairs were adjusted and fixed.

[Quests]

- Vindication: Quest markers have been adjusted
- The Queen Mother's Blade: This quest is now available from the Debris Pile inside the Hall of Kings in Eataine
- Hunted Dreams: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- The Last Unicorn: This quest has been reviewed
- Nowhere to Run: This quest line is now available at the Dark Elf Chapter 22 and has been reworked

[Public Quests]

- The Tower of Neborhest: All the Pillars are once again attackable
- Fireforge's Camp: Restored the original spawns of Supply Crates

[Tickets]

[12976] The PQ should now be completable until the end
[14044] The Supply Crates are once again attackable

[Dungeons]

Bastion Stair:
- Urlf Daemonblessed: Steaming Skulls are attackable again
- Lord Slaurith's Aura will correctly buff Archetype
- Skull Lord will now start use his AoE cone Punt at 95%.
- Zekaraz The Bloodcaller's Altar won't despawn after each skull you place inside.
- Thar'lgnan will now have his toss interval increased
- Bastion stair quest are fixed
- Several mob got their HP adjusted
- The wall between all mini Boss will now correctly spawn
- Dungeon Walls separating content will now correctly spawn
- Doomspike boss is nerfed a bit
- Gahlvot Darkrage spawn point was moved a little bit so he shouldn't enrage that much
- Please note that most of the bosses doesn't like to be kited around and most of them will enrage if you try to take them too far away from their spawn point

City Dungeons :
- City dungeon weapon will now correctly show the ward requirement, this may fix the issue they had since last patch
- Order Archlectors fight should be less prone to bug out in case of server lag.

Gunbad :
- reduced pq mob count by 10 for each pq.

[NPCs]

- Splatsog da Green is roaming the filthy human lands

[World]

- The 3 Dragons in cinderfall have their pathing adjusted , so you can throw axe to aggro them

[Items]

- The Scroll to Bastion Stair now works properly
- Zealot Bloodlord Shoulders will now display their model.
- Rune Priest Bloodlord Helm and Shoulders will now display their model.

[Quests]

- Assault on Shimmersward: This quest line has been reviewed
- The Ties that Bind: Several NPCs will count toward the objective 'Dawnbreak Defenders Slain'
- Setting a Good Example: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- Sign of the Times: This quest line has been corrected and reworked

[Tome of Knowledge]

- The drop rate of item 'Skull of a Bray-Shaman' in Bastion Stair has been significantly reduced, and only Gors will now drop it

[Dungeons]

- Bastion Stair dungeon is released.
- Ward requirement for Dungeon entry has been removed.
- Gunbad is now Rank 31 Dungeon - NPCs are of the same power they were before, but players with Rank 31+ will be bolstered to Rank 40 when inside.

[Abilities]

Slayer :
- No Escape will now correctly snare for the intended random values.
- Fixed Fierceness Tooltip

Choppa :
- Wot Da Rush will now correctly snare for the intended random values.

Zealot :
- Fixed an issue preventing Tzeentch’s Cordial to not critically hit

White Lion :
- Fixed Slashing Blade tooltip

[NPCs]

- Roderic Grace has started his journey.
- Nobwart Noggins is wandering through some chaos chapters
- Cuthbert Lawry patrols from the shores of river reik to last edges of chaos wastes

[Quests]

- Fixed an issue (hopefully last one) with Quest Credit not being awarded when Dungeon wards were considered.
- Wolfbane: Quest has been reviewed
- Spidersilk: Quest has been reworked
- Testing the Waters: Quest has been reworked
- Black Paws: Quest has been reworked
- Spotting Trolls: Quest has been reworked
- In da Dirt: Quest has been reworked
- A Bear of a Time: Quest has been reviewed
- Beastly Burden: Quest has been reviewed
Daemonic Possessions: Quest has been reworked
- Home Invasion: This quest has been corrected
- Who's Thy Sire?: This quest is now only available to Destruction players; rewards have been set accordingly
- Who's Thy Father?: This quest is now available to Order players from a Tormented Spirit in the Isle of the Dead
- Test of Loyalty: This quest has been reviewed
- A Familiar Face: Whole quest line is now available and corrected
- An Ancient Secret: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- Vaul's Gift: This quest is now available from the object 'Altar of Vaul' in Dragonwake
- A Newfound Urgency: The Repeater Bolt Throwers you have to destroy are now the correct ones
- Out of Favor: Markers of this quest line have been set and corrected
- Out of Favor: Leashing the Waaagh!: You must have completed the quest line 'Out of Favor' to be able to start this quest line
- Out of Favor: Conquering the Raven: You must have completed the quest line 'Out of Favor' to be able to start this quest line
- Power Hungry: You will now have to loot the Sigil Texts for the first step, and the last step of this quest line is once again available
- Distrust: This quest line has been corrected and reworked
- A High Elf in the Hand: This quest line is now available and can be taken from Lord Tanolan Fleetfoot in Eataine
- The Surefire Way: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- Tightening Our Hold: Whole quest line is now available and corrected

[Items]

Invader 6pc bonus :
- Healer 6pc bonus will now work properly

Fixed Pilfer proc tooltip.
[14269] DoK Shield corrected

These Weapon procs have been replaced, clearly overperforming for a 1pc bonus (this kind of stuff belongs on Set gear). Enjoy.

Removed Boost V, replaced with Concussion
Removed Anguish IX, replaced with Creeping
Removed Steal Potency IX, replaced with Vitalize IX
Removed Aggravation, replaced with Preservation
Removed Elusive, replaced with Move Faster!

Corrected name on several R1 ballistic potions from Ken to Accuracy. Not sure who Ken was or why he was so ballistically motivated in T1.

[World]

- 3 dragons are now flying up on Cinderfall sky. It’s time to get your fancy cloak

[Tickets]

[14101] You now have to collect samples of water
[14102] Quest marker removed
[1183] Sent him on his journey
[14188] - Engineer 1h weapons now flagged solely as main-hand and class requirement added
[14182] - Sentinel jewelry for Sham/Am correctly statted for healing
[14160] - Probably fixed these bonuses not working as well as ~30 other items
[12881] - Map area updated, this PQ should be working now
[3838] - Meanwhile in the realm of ancient tickets, these potions have effects now.
[6312] You will now have to use the item at the correct places to complete the objectives
[14090] The orcs will now only spawn and attack dwarves during the first stage of the PQ
[14237] Unmasked, the Conspirator has left the city

Got my hopes up when seeing slayer in the ability section, oh well suppose 5pt skills to mitigate majority of tank rr points, gear stats (block and parry) is not obviously broken

But nice work on BS , lots of hard work there, nice one

Need to remove Aggravation from Dominator now, and be fully done with it; it's an insanely OP proc that has no place on either weapons or gear, so it's good to see it gone from the weapons.

Would be nice to see some stuff for SC eventually, given that PvE has 1000 cool new things for us to do/acquire.
