Registration Issue

Hey,

While trying to make a registration my friend gets an instant block from cloudflare the moment you press the registration link. I tried this at home and i get the same IP block from the website. I don't use any vpn solution. Here is the link with the session id that instantaniously blocked access to the registration page:

ucp.php?mode=register&sid=dda3355c326cb ... c76dd9f640

Is this a known error or can we do something to remedy getting ip blocked by cloudflare the moment we try to access
ucp.php?mode=register (it's only the registration page, login and others seem to work just fine)
