Weekend Warfront: Slaughter Hills
Reikland Hills, a key point of defense in the guarding of Altdorf, have come under assault by the forces of the Raven Host. Those hills afford an excellent position from which a siege could be launched on the city. Make haste to the Hills and secure them for your realm!
This weekend the Slaughter Hills will be the weekend warfront from 12:00 on Friday to 12:00 on Monday Altdorf time. You get +50% XP and Renown in the Reikland Hills scenario, and extra rewards from completing the event tasks.
Realm versus Realm
Open World Campaign
- RR70+ players can no longer drop Conqueror Medallions. Only Vanquisher Medallions, Invader Shards or Royal Shards.
- The Realm lock is no longer applied in Scenarios or Duels.
Ranked Scenarios
- The double class restriction will now just be a soft restriction, meaning that the scenario manager will try to create pops without double classes first, but always fall back to allowing it if there's no others in the queue.
- New tome unlocks have been added for playing and for winning certain number of Ranked matches. There's also tome unlocks added for getting a top placement in a season in total or for your class.
- The weekly ranked event now ends at noon on Mondays, just like the warfront, instead of midnight between Sunday & Monday.
- The flag capping should actually work properly now, without having to walk away from it and walk back.
Combat and Careers
Bug Fixes
- Resurrection abilities will immediately abort casting if target has an anti-ress debuff. Before they would grey out on the hotbar and give an error message, but still start the cast.
- Pets will now update their pathing destination every 100ms instead of every 1s.
- NPCs in combat should now update their pathing destination every 250ms instead of every 1s.
- Pets will no longer teleport to different targets when swapping targets. This prevents pet ghosting.
- Pets should should now have correct movement speed relative to the owner recalling to their owner when recalling.
- Pets should be a bit more reliable in casting abilities, they will no longer take 1s to activate an ability if the ability is instant cast (and have it fail to go off most of the time, as they would be out of range in case of melee pets), instead the ability will instantly activate.
- Remove Z Axis check for Pounce/SquigLeap, this is instead handled by sanctum area check that prevents going to forbidden areas such as keep walls and spawn areas.
- Removed Mounted conditional for sending pet in to attack, stay, autocast, and back off.
Balance Changes
- Skull Thumper now has a 150ms internal cooldown.
Bug Fixes
- Horned Squig no longer gets weapon skill bonus from the the owner's gear. The stat bonuses it gets from owner gear stats are now like the tooltip says.

- Cleansing Power: This tactic now works the same as the DoK version. If you cleanse with yourself as target it will properly cleanse the group as well. Note that cleansing someone outside of your group will not trigger the group cleanse.
Balance Changes
- Blurring Shock now has a 150ms internal cooldown.

Potions
New RvR healing & AP potions have been added. These all share cooldown with the existing RvR healing and AP potions.
- Conqueror's Elixir of Rejuvenation: Heals 2000 health. Costs 1 conqueror medallion or 3 dominator emblems
- Vanquisher's Elixir of Rejuvenation: Heals 2164 health. Costs 1 vanquisher medallion or 3 oppressor emblems
- Triumphant Elixir of Rejuvenation: Heals 2332 health. Costs 3 triumphant emblems
- Conqueror's Alacritious Elixir: Gives 133 AP. Costs 1 conqueror medallion or 3 dominator emblems
- Vanquisher's Alacritious Elixir: Gives 166 AP. Costs 1 vanquisher medallion or 3 oppressor emblems
- Triumphant Alacritious Elixir: Gives 183 AP. Costs 3 triumphant emblems
User Interface
Instance scoreboard deprecation
The scoreboard messages sent by the server in PvE instances that were used by the RaidMeter addon have been removed, so that addon will not work anymore. Almost all of the functionality is provided by the new built in Party/Warband scoreboards. If someone wants to update the RaidMeter UI to use the Party/Warband scoreboard messages or create other alternative addons based on that data, feel free to reach out.

Thanks for the patch. But did the game really need stronger consumeables?

Dont think the new consumables are too strong.
The current pvp potions are restoring 1832 hp and 125 AP which against the vanquisher potions, there's a difference of 332 hp and 41 AP respectively.
The vanquisher potions will be the ones widely used imo.

Can you pls make different cooldowns of absorb and armor potions? They share the same cooldown now, that's very annoying. If you're in the big battle and your potions' time runs out, you can stay without armor for 5 minutes if you had to use the absorb one.
