Stats are not saved per instance of an item; each individual item has a link to the constant information about what stats it gives. Therefore, any stat changes in the DB are reflected on all items of that type.

BG have the 2nd reward as Jewelry and Shield. Chosen have only 2 jewelry with the same stats... It's possible add shield for chosen too?
