I used YakUI during my playtime on Live. I found a site that you can still download the latest version from. I had to mess around with it to get it working but I finally did. Here is the site:

Here is an image of the UI.

Here is the download from my profile:

You need to backup your Interface and user folder inside your Warhammer folder and place them somewhere safe. I just copied and pasted mine into a new folder named Backup inside the Warhammer folder. Then delete Interface and user which you will replace with the ones from the downloaded file. You can copy the profile for importing the UI from either character listed on there Pantyraid or Almost.
I had some trouble with addons once installed not letting me log back in. I deleted one I thought were causing it from my profile which was Warcommander. I do not have all the addons enabled that the YakUI sit suggests. The list from the site suggests:
Core Addons:
Removing / Replacing those might be quite unhealthy.
Effigy
TidyChat
Vectors (new with 1.4)
YakUI (+ everything starting with Y)
Essential Addons:
Anyone using addons at all should have installed those.
LibSlash
Phantom
wsct (while there´s still much optimization potential, there´s no alternative)
Recommended Addons:
Those addons are, while not mandatory, essential to the UIs Look and Feel and quite integrated in the YakUI Addon Code.
alertMod
CaVES
DAoCBuff
GroupSpotter
Kwestor
LibRange
minmap
rvrstatsupdated
Squared
RangeFadingSquared
Warcommander, Map, MapMonster, MiniMapMonster
Standard Addons:
Those Addons are delivered with YakUI and fall under the little-helper category. They are not deeply integrated and can safely be removed, however due to their nature not much is gained by doing so.
ClosetGoblin
DammazKron
nRarity
PotionBar
ScenarioStats
TacticSetNames
TidyQueue
TidyRoll
trakario
yAssistHelper
If you can get them all to work then cool. I do not have them all enabled. Here is my screenshot of what I have enabled.
I am sorry for not listing them out.

One last thing when you work on key binds if the page selector pops up on the right side of your action bars there is an easy fix. You just middle click the Y icon on the top right of the chat dialog box. This is your YakUI icon that brings up you config menus. You go to Core Addons then Textured Buttons. While in the textured buttons menu go to Action Bars then click the Check Box for Enabling Modification, now just go to through every action bar starting at action bar 1 and make sure the page selector drop down has Hide selected. I think most are auto selected to right but since you are using my Profile it should be hidden. This is just in case you decide to use the download from the site I linked up top.
