Toughness regen is an abomination of ease, made for those who don’t have the guts to struggle for their victories. Such a shame that builds like this are even possible

Since LV set now offers an absorb proc for WE/WH (FACEPALM, really, devs?!) you can actually do that almost from get go (assuming you actually can do LV - not that hard for a decent player with a few good friends.

Soon we will see builds with 3 shields - Sacrifices Rewarded, Enveloping Shadows and proc from LV set.

But truth to be told WHs can have it too.

There are lots of complaints about WB being op compared to WH but many WHs just ignore Exit Wound or do not play it right. And EW is a very powerful tool
