About Warbuddy (for Pokutnik, Pullbot and GMs)

I've talked to Darkshoot, and what you are saying, its let's say - not really true. Darkshoot and whole team were the first to made a guild called - Warbuddy - on server karak-Norn in 2011. I'll tell you why we made it or you already know? if you don't, then let me introduce you quickly - when we played on Azgal, half of our team been in guild Garaz-Runkaraki, and some in other guilds.

After some time, some people started to accuse our whole team in using hack-pack named Warbuddy. So just to troll them and have some fun, we made second names on all our characters "Warbuddy" .. After months of 6 man teamplay, and after beating all possible premades we got really bored of Azgal, we just had no more competition there, and then we decided to move to Norn. And ofcourse there we needed a new guild on Norn, and we decided to make a guild by ourself, instead of joining one. And we named it - Warbuddy Just because it wasnot a random name, and that name had already some story for our team, back from Karak-Azgal.. And there you go - Warbuddy has been born And leader was kobs (Bertolet, known also as IB Matc) ..

It's just to make clear, that we were the first in the world to make it, it was our idea, and we never lost it. After some week's Pokutnik contacted Darkshoot, and gently asked him - if he is able to make the same guild with the same name on karak-azgal, for his premade. Ofcourse he said that his guild and his premade would be like a second team. The main was our's with no doubt. Otherwise we would never allow something like this, I guess you understand that, if you're talking that you're not a 15 years kid.

You must understand - that we would never agree to use our guild tag, just because he wanted to copy/paste it. We only agreed to that, because we made it clear - his guild on Azgal is counted as our's and our guild on Norn is the main. We all agreed with those terms. Then I don't really know how things for guild on Azgal went. Since we never played on Azgal again. I just heard he made it and left to play choppa after some time, then again back and so on.

After some months of playing on Karak-Norn we left to a new project (called Rift) and there we made a guild named Warbuddy aswell ,we didn't really care about our second guild on Azgal anymore, but that - doesnot mean that we lost anything. For more than 5+ years we are using this guild tag in all MMORPG games. Guildwars 2, Rift, SWTOR, Warhammer. It belong to us, we were the first to made it, and its our story. We have all rights for this guild name, and we will use this guild name in this game and in all others games.

Sent it to a GM if you got a problem I maked this guild back in tier 1, then i was stupid enough to get banned and you would NOT let me back in. Just so you could ninja the guild.

I am sure there is alot who can confirm that i was the former on this guild here.

As for darkshoot. There is always 2 sides of the story, sadly. I know he maked the guild on live server, but so did Poku. I pmed you from my sorc aswell, saying there is no problem that all of us can be in the guild? Its not like anyone is hating on you guys.

You had warbuddy on Norn (Which non of you couldnt acces, not even matc) I was there man, since we was in same guild togheter.

Poku had warbuddy on Azgal.

It was yours on Norn.
It was pokus on Azgal.

As mentioned further up in this post(+ i pmed you from my sorc after) there is no problem for us to be in warbuddy togheter? Aslong as we got rights to use guild bank and such. Problem solved.

There's no 2 sides of the story, there's just one side. And you understand that initials Warbuddy clearly belong to Darkshoot,Samolet,Bertolet,Elsema,Thoern, Yes, maybe you don't remember anything by your own point of view, but only from hearings .. Just because you haven't played yet or haven't seen our premade, I don't know. But i'm pretty sure, even Pokutnik can confirm you what I writed above (If he is not going to lie ofcourse) Its not just that both of them made those guilds in Live server and that's it. You know that it is impossible that two different players randomly are making the same guild tags in same moment. You clearly understand that someone of those two guys was the first one, and it was Darkshoot and his premade. The reasons of making Warbuddy guild and the story behind it I already explained to you. Yes Pokutnik made the same guild on Azgal, but with the terms that our guild from Norn remain the main guild and main premade. Which means the rights to the guilds belong to us. I also don't get this hype for our guild, why not making your own, with your own story and own name? Why should we all stay in 1 guild, if we don't want to. Its up to us, no? Its not about hate or anything else.

I would like to clarify something.

I didn't make Warbuddy guild beacause I wanted to copy-cat anyone, I did it as a thank-you gift to Darkshott after he gave me an account to play (my orginal account was hacked/lost) After he helped me out, I offered him to make an Azgal guild called Warbuddy that I would lead with a small scale premade of my own. I also told him, that if he is always welcome in that guild and we would be basicaly a mirror of Warbuddy that was created on Karak Norn, but on Karak Azgal.

I made that guild on Azgal from R1 with the people I played with back then, and it my project and MY guild on that server, I didn't claim any rights for Karak Norn guild nor I would never do so, however the Warbuddy on Azgal was always known to be my guild, there are countless videos on youtube showing Warbuddy gameplay on Azgal.

To me it's really transparent that what I wanted to make a guild known on multiple servers for it's specific type of 6vN and premade fighting - to me it's also transparent that ownership of that guild belongs to 2 people that happen to be Me and Matc. I didn't make it just like that, I did ask if the people from orginal Warbuddy would be fine with it and after they agreed I was leading Warbuddy untill Karak Azgal has been shut down.

Now it comes to RoR Warbuddy, for me the most important question when it comes to ownership of the guild should be "who made the guild in Return of Reckoning" and that was Jail(Pullbot) that was also a member of Azgal's Warbuddy. After my orginal war premade came back to RoR he passed me the lead, and I was a leader of it untill my PC blew down and it was passed again to someone inside the guild by GM due to inactivity.

IF Warbuddy was trade-mark protected that's whole diffrent story, but from what I know nor me or Matc didn't register it at their country So the fact remains that there are 2 owners of Warbuddy

I'm okay with us sharing the guild, but please recognize this doesn't belong to Matc especially on this server, Warbuddy as you said it's a story of 2 groups of people not just one.

Long story short: Pullbot/Jail has the rights to Return of Reckoning's Warbuddy, which was already confirmed by GM previously in-game, and he is the sole owner of that guild in RoR.

We only care about who had the leadership of the guild prior to any server issues we may have had.

So if I'm understanding this correctly.

-Jace created the guild initially on RoR but was banned or whatever it was and was therefore removed from the guild and somebody else became leader
-Niky and rest of the guild have continued to play under this guild tag
-Niky was the leader of the guild BEFORE the issues that had impacts on guilds
-Jace used this opportunity to reclaim initial ownership, why? I'm not so sure, it seems you would have had plenty of opportunities to raise this before, so either you simply didn't care previously, or nobody else did.

So tldr, Niky was leader before the issues that impacted guilds.
