In general you should have more init than your targets.

I believe that your INI does not increase your chance of not being seen.
So having more INI than your target has no effect on the fact that they can see you more easily.

With WE regeneration, the difference is significant. Before the patch, they could put everything on defense without worrying about your strength. Power is needed now and it is impossible to achieve the same damage rates. It became 30% less. At the same time, there are significant losses in defense. WE are still competitive, but saying there is no difference from the pre-patch version is not reliable information.

Considering i NEVER mentioned damage at all as the conversation is about stealth detection NOT damage or anything else. so I wont even finish my response.
