Gunbad is slower than anything you mentioned.
Pqs are dull and way to slow.
Bosses are nicely done tho. :D

PvE isnt hard (though it does require aggro management, which is not a thing anymore in WoW, and its obviously a hard concept for some healers to wrap their heads around :p) compared to high key mythics in WoW, but it is a lot slower paced, in a much lower popped game that is focused far more on pvp than it is pve (whereas WoW and Lotro are the opposite: PvE games with pvp minigames, essentially). You can also potentially get BIS gear from a Mythic dungeon if a leggo drops, or at the very least an ilvl upgrade.

WAR doesnt have the ilvl gradation system of WoW, and so nearly all high tier gear comes in the form of sets. And if you dont want/need a certain set, no reason to ever do the content for em.

Perhaps if the PQs dropped some decent randomized gear. So even if you dont get Onslaught, you have a chance at getting a piece of non-set gear with decently rolled stats. Would be a lot of DB work though, and I cant actually recall if WAR ever had random-rolled gear like that so maybe Im barking up the wrong tree, heh.

There were some weapons and accesdories from stuff like lost wing etc, but then your making lots of small improvement items when genesis is the goal.

I mean I wouldnt mind RNG so much if there was more variety in the RNG, ya know? But again, takes time to put everything on a loot table, assuming such loot exists in the first place.

As for difficulty PQs are in fine state, same as Gunbad, you can't just mindlessly rush in and clear everything with just spamming random abilities but once you get a hang of it it becomes enjoyable encounters (for people that even barely care for PvE)
Comparing PQs to WoW raids is quite pointless imo, setting aside main concepts of both games, the main difference is you get 1-2 Onslaught items per warband every 30mins, raids were on a weekly reset and even if bosses were dropping 40-50 epics per run that's all, in here you can farm it pretty much endlessly, all it takes is initiative from playerbase. Same for Gunbad, you can do it daily and get set quite fast if you manage to get a group for it.

i think the only prob of onslaught right know will be that appart from dok/wp i dont see many ppl really need the sets , or anyway they will be few just for the gear; if there was something cosmetic alike like warpforged appereance or sov (boots, hands) bits of those not full appereance sets mixed with some other stuff just to attract more ppl to make the pq for differents reasons there would be more ppl for use the content just relased for a lot more time.

Yes i know that you know i want some warpforged/sov hand /boots

Well, once the other pairing PQs finish and loot tables become more finalized, hopefully with 4 OS pieces dropping per run and even Blue or Green bags having some good loot, more people will be doing the PQs regularly even on chars that do not really "need" the gear.
And once all the tricks how to do the PQ are learned, runs will take less time and effort so the barrier to try them becomes more welcoming.
But for now, assuming a 30 min time needed to run PQ, and ~10% chance to get Gold Bag (2/20ppl), for 5 hours invested you could expect 1 gear piece gained. Obviously if you make it in 15-20min bomb rush, gets better but not all classes can provide the needed AoE. And if you have people passing bags, even better. (2 golds for 18 ppl it becomes faster, but with 4 bags for 18ppl it becomes considerably better and if you don't include ST classes but go maximum bomb warband composition and reduce time to 15 mins - you could almost expect 1 gear piece gained per hour spent on PQ)
