Guild Merging Destro

Hello all ,

this if for the destruction faction more NOT THE ORDER SIDE ( for once its not about u :P )
we have been seeing Alot guilds who run with 1-4 peeps or they run solo in a guild ( most of time )
we are actually thinking about merging more guilds in to each other to form 1 massive guild on the destruction faction.
wich makes the action better and can make the wb/ sc /parties better. ( the more people the more fun).
we know there are ALOT guilds wich do 6 man and 3 man and 1 man but u can all do the same when we in 1 big guild together . when ur friends are not online u can join in with other peeps in the guild to still be competetive and have great time.

So basicly iam wondering now how most destro would feel about this and maybe there is a way to talk with all guild leaders wich is almost everyone nowadays. give me ya reply flame me hate me love me . would love to see how u all think about it.

Bringing back alliances will sort things out.
Breaking guild pride will be hard for most players.

It's not just about 'guild pride' and comparable things in my opinion.

Putting too many people in one guild that dont even know each other and might have a completely different playstyle and expectation usually leads to complete and utter chaos. Different 'types' of players usually don't mix very well when confronted with the other end of the spectrum, whatever that may be.

This usually becomes especially apparent once one of said players is of higher rank in the guild than the other, now matter how this is handled there will be conflicts most of the time and in my experience such 'collaboration' efforts break apart rather quickly into smaller groups again because of this. Then again, isn't the real problem the fact that guilds aren't coordinating between each other properly and forming groups together rather than not being in one guild? I feel like this 'issue' could be fixed much easier by a common mean of communication, whether that be through Teamspeak, Discord or whatever.

Just my 2 cents on this matter, but yea, alliances would definately help fixing this, too.

Relax wit the swearing and curse. . Its an open discussion not forcing ones oppinions ...yes allaince chat will fix it and yes we understand the fact some might not go along with a and b. But love ur oppions so keep em coming.

so I would need to turn off both /advice and /guild to avoid the spam of things that I don't really care about? like people trying to sell blue **** gear with wrong stats for 100g?

I love my guild, im lucky to be a part of it, and they have been running as the same gaming group for years, on many different games and im sure we arn't the only ones so merging guilds might not happen....but alliances thats something that seems easier to sort out and make happen and would help in SC team and WB creation.

I dunno about merging existing 6man guilds tbh. They are 6man coz they probobly wanna play 6 man. What I think you need to do is forming a guild with the intention of playing RVR. Were people are intreasted in running RVR specs and groups are somewhat optimized for it. If you get somewhat sucesfull people will join up.
