How do you get past rank 10?

Any tips on getting to 10? Most of these mobs seem to only take damage from auto attack...

You play on Order or Des?

I'm playing a KotBS. Sometimes if I time the ability to hit at the same time as the auto attack it hits. I'm using Precision Strike btw.

Works fine for me. I tried with my KoTBS and precision strike. No problems killing mobs.

Are you facing the enemy properly? I think atm characters don't do damage unless you're facing the enemy properly.
