what i can see from the first few clips in the movie the people he plays against are not using their undefendable attacks when he pops repel blasphemy - no cleave from the chosen, no sever blessing to at least try and get rid of the blessing from the WE either ( as sever blessing was undefendable on live)
wh can be really squishy at the moment because we lack our disengagement tool - which is declare anathema, unfortunately we will only get that at level 40.
also playing wh requires a different mindset and patience when playing without a group to support you, it has a lot of potential to work solo as well though.

Wasn't the OP talking about pve "creatures"?

I recently tried pvp as well and it felt as though i had the potential for damage but i suppose I am not 100% sure what i should be doing instead. I don't have stealth yet, so in pvp it just feels like i'm a rogue with a pistol. I'm not saying that is bad it just feels like a weird combo at the moment.

Just play the game mate, its painful without Stealth, but as soon as you get it you'll have tonnes of fun, i have a WH and can kills casters/mdps in under 5 seconds with ease... WH is Awesome, just put the effort in.

Solo - Witch Hunter R32/RR40.

Yea, keep just playing, WH is probably the most fun class to play, but it is also true that mdps are a hard choice for new or casual players
