Is that supposed to be an argument? The setting is morbid, therefore game imbalance is to be expected?
You are not expected to whine about the odds. Kill all the mutants in silence.
... Yeah, okay. Azarael, please handle this. I need to fix a lot more tea before I'm ready to deal with this.

I think that two handers should have more armour penetration. Exactly the same as it is in warhammer table top. Duel wield is far better and does more damage then the 2h. We should be seeing increased damage not a reduction to getting parried.

In history, warhammers were used to punch through armour. Gameplay, it might be an issue with balance, but I do like the idea.

Strength of Sigmar
Tactic that gives 25/50% armor ignore on x skill. (Limited to Wrath!)

Wrong thread, and most of Wrath abilities bypass armour, anyway. Spirit damage.

Issues I've heard about with AoE detaunt so far:

- Salvation priests abusing it
- 100% uptime

A longer-term solution to this which kept the AoE detaunt might consider linking it to Strength/Willpower ratio rather than weapon type and adjusting the cooldown, but that's a little more inconvenient to implement as the present code just invokes Intimidating Repent outright.

The other thing I'd like to note that very few people are bringing up is that Smiting people breaks the detaunt.

- Salvation abusing it is something I've noticed, just not that often.
- The 100% up time, while nice, hasn't saved me anyway. I've had people wait until the last second or so of a detaunt, disable me, and faceroll 5200 damage while I can't detaunt a second time.

Tying it to strength sounds interesting, though. If it can be done, anyway.

I'm interested in seeing how the new sets play into our defenses, though. I anticipate nearly doubling my toughness with the new set, as well as maintaining my current level of strength with up to four talisman slots to spare for armour or resists. Looking forward to it.
