No medallion drops currently. If in the rare chance you do get one, you probably can't do much with it.

If you get enough you can buy decimator gear over and over since it doesn't take them from you when you buy them

Loot drops off any npcs rarity doesn't matter higher lv mob higher lv gear

I know that you can farm Gale Runner stuff at the Inevitable City for Destruction, but what about Order? I know that it's in Altdorf and I have heard you can farm the assassins fighting guards at the docks. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I leveled on them for 3 levels. I got a Gale Runner Axe (lvl 9 green). Thats it, hope I helped atleast partly answer your question

I wouldnt bother with gale runner items unless u are really desperate for a helm and cloak, the drop rate is really really bad. For order try the pq furthest north in Norsca, the drops are wanderer gear which is just as good as gale runner in most cases just no helms or cloaks and for destruction try salzenmund for wanderer gear.
Btw there are a select few ppl who have vaults full of gear, most of these ppl u will find asking for a certain item to trade in chat and will not trade anything unless u have that specific item, I ask u hoarders pls show some luv to this small community and share out the items that you will never use.

AoEing PQs in Mount Bloodhorn with an Ironbreaker drops predominantly Gale-Runner at a significantly improved rate compared to single-target farming, but this is obviously only an option for the Order faction. Even then, be prepared to see a lot of seeds, shattered/ruined/sundered figurines, potions and other useless crafting crap, to the extent that even with the improved drop rate, it's still an epic waste of time. Stats are really unimportant in the current state of the game anyway.
