[SH] Dev Set "Marked" Debuff Duplicates 'Not So Fast'

[SH] Dev Set "Marked" Debuff Duplicates 'Not So Fast'
For SH , the Devastator full set initiative debuff is basically a duplicate of the SH ability Not So Fast. We did some testing and they don't stack. I'm assuming it is the same for SW. This makes the 5pc unappealing. Could those classes with an easily applied ini debuff get a +60 ws buff on the full set instead? Thank you.

If the cooldowns were long enough then an extra armor proc would be welcome really. But with this set proc, its basically a full time initiative debuff which nearly duplicates a class ability making it useless. The only benefit gained is a some AP and a global cooldown every 10s. edit..so I guess it also opens up a potion slot with the BS buff - hmmm initiative do pots exist?!?!

Personally, I would like to see any of the following in place of the SW and SH 5pc proc:
Corrosion - On Hit: 10% chance to lower target's Armor by 900 for 10 seconds. (jewelry set proc, can't remember name)
Clarity - Any Ability: 10% chance to reduce the cost of the next ability used within 10 seconds to 0. (Invader proc?)
Guile - On Hit: 10% chance to lower incoming healing on target by 25% for 10 seconds. (Sentinal proc?)
Corrosion - On Hit: 10% chance to lower target's Armor by 900 for 10 seconds. (jewelry set proc, can't remember name)

guile/25% hdbuff are too weak and is over hadowed by rotten arrer
my squigs not that high but by 32 wot blocka debuffs more than 900 right?

SH, Engy, and SW need armor penetration more than anything. So WS or an armor debuff is the way to go... magus don't need it

That being said, I don't have a problem with replacing Marked for Clarity, if there's enough desire for it. Consider though, that Marked is also a BS buff and Eye Shot has a 20s cooldown. Marked makes sure your enemy's initiative is debuffed more/more often, and the buff could conceivably let you use a different potion (like WS). It's usefulness is reduced by the presence of Eye Shot, but not eliminated.
You won't see corrosion on SW/SH. That the magus has it is a bug, which is getting fixed next patch. The Engineer got nerfed down to Dissolve VII (700 armor debuff, 6s, non-scaling), and the SW/SH already have a core armor debuff that does more.

That being said, I don't have a problem with replacing Marked for Clarity, if there's enough desire for it. Consider though, that Marked is also a BS buff and Eye Shot has a 20s cooldown. And considering the way all classes are stacking armor tallies and potions already. is it really that hard to ask for a more reliable armor debuff? Consider also that most SW and SH use skirmish mode due to not having enough levels and RR to go up scout while also grabbing the heal debuff.
This means that the armor debuff that SH/SW get are in it's most weakest form possible. Not to mention. it requires a class based on kiting, to stand still for 1.5 seconds (+lag/latency) to fire off, to only get dodged because everyone is going heavily into deft defender.
