Zealot doesn't get access to Tzeenth's grip at this level. You obviously can't claim they have BoC proc and Grip at this level. In T4 obviously these procs are what make the flash healers preferrable.
Shaman/AM get both AP drain and snare puddle at this level. Debuffs that do significantly affect both melee dps and ranged dps. Combined with their group heal in the proper specline and the heal/sec looks fine.
DSU and Funnel Essence are a wash, I prefer DSU, but as someone said earlier toughness is a suck stat and FE makes AM the superior burst healer in the game. Argue.
Gobbo tactics are obviously potent, but Run Between Worlds is where the AM survivability gets ridiculous. I mained AM on live, but I'm not sure how long Walk between Worlds lasts. However what is obvious is that Run Between Worlds is highly Superior to Git' Outta Here. I used to draw as much aggro as I could in scens just to aoe de-taunt and puddle kite. It's remarkably easy even on AM. With a 15 second aoe detaunt the only thing I feared were ap drain Marauders, i know right, and two-handed choppas. Anything else I could drain and de-taunt with little fear.
However with the gobbo racial tactics this is in itself balanced. I'm not interested in kiting wbs, but I feel that Shaman/AM are better than people give them credit for. In T4 I give the edge to AM with the speccable heal debuff. Gork's Barbs is one of many horrible abilities.

All fine but WP/DOK still can't cast grp heal every second. EDIT: I'm going to explain more about why this change was implemented.
The client attempts to fire abilities 75% of the way through the global cooldown. Before this patch, the server would overrule it, and cancel the cast. As I recall, among the many hacks possible in Warhammer Online, there was a no cooldown hack. That to me says that the original Warhammer server did not enforce the GCD and this was delegated to the client. This change should therefore replicate the original behaviour of Warhammer Online.
That's not to say that I much like it, though. This is a buff to any skill with a cast time less than 1.1 seconds, including the WP and DoK group heals and most melee attacks.
Dying is no option.

1sec casttime, 1,5sec cooldown. One group heal every 1,5sec.

the CD is irrelevant 1,5 CD with 1sec cast mean 0,5 CD = Global coldpwn only ( the CD start when the heal start the cast not when end it's the same for every heal cos all aoe heal must be spamable, noheals really have a CD, the dok/wp is not mean to be that way it's meant to be a GCD)Sulorie wrote: All fine but WP/DOK still can't cast grp heal every second. 1 heal every 1,5 sec more or less. But there was no change so i didn't get what aza told...was the CD be increase?
Coz regard the global coldown i remember what aza talk about happened only when someone tried to use 1 ability again, ex: ravage--> ravege- ; i remember the game itself advantage you when you chained the same skill over and over getting you a GCD reduction to throw the next skill.
So even with GCD to 1.1 sec the 1.5 sec CD of the heal would overwrite it. It would still need from 0.3-0.5 between the new cast and it's 1 sec cast.
