List of Abilities?

Would anyone happen to have a big list of all the game's abilities, in a spreadsheet or something?

I am aiming to make an online combat & buff calculator. I was going to scrape http://waronlinebuilder.org/ but it's all buried in some javascript that I can't get at, so anyone can help me scrape that would also be cool. As an aside once I get this project started I'd welcome any help but will post a new thread once I have something up and running to play with.

In case no one has an actual full list I have been using this, added some of the guard ID's at the very bottom that where missing. Still a lot of stuff missing tho.
