WAR.exe not able to access Graphics Hardware?

So my Problem doesnt occur until i'm in game for a couple of seconds. I select my char and the game loads, but i can only run around for like 7 seconds before my whole game glitches and goes to black. in the bottem of my screen it says the following:

"WAR.exe was blocked from using graphics hardware."

Does anyone know how to unblock files or how to fix this problem?

Antivirus or some form of security programming stopping it?

Nothing like that. And firewall is off as well. I'm able to play for a few sec before my game freezes and goes to black, then the error pops up!

Tried setting both RoR launcher and War.exe to run as administrator?
