When i choose fullscreen start shimmering

So the game "freezes"? Does this only happen when you change the resolution or when you are loading the game?

Hmm, weird. Can't say what can cause this. Reinstall video card drivers might fix it. Re-downloading the game might also fix it.

This issue isn't specific so I can't know for sure why it would cause this.

When i choose Fullscreen it start

So it works in full screen? Just keep it at that.

no matter if i choose 1200 resolution or 1300 everything ok.but when i choose Fullscreen everthing freezes

So it's not the game, but the graphics failing. Other than doing a clean install of the GPU drivers, there's nothing else I can help with.
