Ban doesn't fade on the server

Hello,
I'm really sorry if it's not the good section for my post but i don't know where i can ask help.
I get ban for two day, the ban must fade the Sunday 31 January at 11pm but i can't log in on the server. The client said "Your account is not active", any Game Master can help me, please ?
