Can't Create Character

Hey everyone,

I recently downloaded the game through the 10 links on the website and can launch the game and connect to the server with no errors. However, once there I have no characters or anyway to create one. I unchecked the Read-Only option on the folder and tried the cmd fix as well. I also tried sitting here for 15 minutes seeing if they just needed to load. Here is what it looks like:

Do you supposed to put them all together after you extract them?

Download all the parts that's there. Then open part one and extract the game folder.

Then you have to put the RoR launcher into the game folder.
